Les Norman

     Over the past 10 years, Les has delivered leadership and motivational communications to thousands of listeners.  He is the President of Stand UP! Stand OUT!

     Les speaks at corporate meetings, conventions, men's breakfasts, and schooling events throughout the United States.  He has been educating, leading, and motivating audiences through his captivating passion, enthusiasm, integrity, entertaining movie clips, pre-recorded interviews, and energizing music. 

Les currently hosts "Breakin' the Norm" on 810 WHB Sports Radio and is a Pregame Baseball Analyst for The Kansas City Royals.  He enjoyed a 12 year professional baseball career.  Other accomplishments include: Gold Medal Winner US Junior Olympic 'North' Team; Member of the 1989 US Olympic Team; Drafted by The Kansas City Royals in 1991; Was the Minor League Player of the Year in 1993; 1993 AA All-Star Game MVP; Major League Debut in 1995.
