Before he was a Major League Baseball player, broadcaster, author, keynote speaker, husband, or father, Les Norman was a young boy learning to navigate the pain of an abusive childhood. Those experiences could have defined the rest of his life. Instead, they became the catalyst for a life built on faith, perseverance, integrity, and purpose.

Through determination and an unwavering belief that our circumstances do not determine our future, Les achieved his lifelong dream of playing Major League Baseball with the Kansas City Royals. Yet the greatest lessons he learned weren't found on the baseball field. They were found in overcoming adversity, choosing character over comfort, and discovering that true success is measured by the lives we impact—not the accomplishments we achieve.

Today, Les is a devoted husband and proud father who believes his most important leadership role begins at home. His family is his greatest blessing and daily reminder that legacy isn't built through awards or recognition, but through love, service, and the example we set for those closest to us.
